He spent the next 18 years building Hardcast, Inc., which manufactured duct/sealing tapes, mastics and related adhesives for the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Acquired in 1987 by the Carlisle Corporation, Hardcast’s products have grown to include an outstanding line of adhesives, sealants, caulks, sealing flashing, and repair tapes for roofing, building construction and repair.
